A Game Concept

This game is designed for the genre mature audience. It is a satire about a character who seeks to better his retirement through perilous adventure.

Backstory



Rip Cana is a man with 'virtues.'


Retirement in Rip's eyes, is opportunity.


As an enthusiast, fascinated with technology, machines, and action movies, Rip, is knowledgeable.


A lifetime of experimenting and tinkering with his gadgets taught Rip a valuable lesson.


That lesson is the reason for this story...


Rip's saga.


Only a person with a need for excitement, a passion for adventure would fathom such lengths to satisfy.


"The greed! Why must it be sheared, crushed, and smothered." Rip ponders before turning in every night. For Rip cannot continue his enthusiasms any longer.



Rip wills the trip...


"Heh,heh,heh..member the time we spent the weekend trying to find your lost dog? The darn doggo was inside your house the entire time. We shared some great moments together. Dear Lona Missa, you have been everything I have hoped for. Do not wait for me. Basically, some things a person has to do to gain a sense of fulfillment. I'm leaving the continent..taking a... a trip. Let's just call it my retirement celebration. I can't take you with me Lona Missa. Please stay here and keep your dog company until I return."
*Rip wipes a tear off his laptop computer screen and notices how Lona's pixelated cartoon smile shine through the water droplet strikes him deep.*

[Next Scene - Loading Himself into a shipping crate]
You see Rip can afford a plane ticket off the continent, but that won't due, oh no that won't. Rip has a desire for new experiences and perilous venture. Painting miniature robots to themes of 8-bit, laser-ear blasting space music from his hand-made satellite-decrypted radio is not doing it anymore for Cana.

Rendering himself into an irreversible state, thinking of the great times to come, rip closes the lid. "The fits tight" Rip thinks to himself. A fit which gives insurance to barnabe, a personal robotic creation, to perform the duties with accuracy.
*CHkunk* *CHkunk* Two nails in. *CHkunk* *CHkunk* Rips tunes out the remaining six rounds of barnabe's farwell nails through map reading under red light. He grins in the dark.

[Next Scene - Arrival]
SETTING: Sun begins to set. Sparse birds chirping in the distance spooked by faraway explosions and machine gun fire. It is hot, but not as hot as it is in the shipping crate for Rip, luckily he has technology on his side.
*Clunk*Clunk* *BOOM* The side of the crate explodes silencing remnant sounds of nearby animals. A Reborn face of Rip more or less, still the same grin, emerges from the dusty wood cloud. Rip looks up as a fighter jet flies overhead not more than a couple thousand feet. More explosions follow as it climbs straight up out of sight.
*Looks around and nods with approval* "This is the place" says rip.

Abstract


Game is about a crazy dude that hallucinates.

Every psychedelic visual on screen, queues a tinfoil thought bubble "dang aliens poisonin the frogs again"

an' for some reason he shipped himself overseas in a box of fertilizer and oxygen tank so he could get a taste of the good ol days

where the fighting is at...


Character is fighting in a warzone saturated with experimental arms from hundreds of different governments. as he goes thru the game he upgrades his weaponry by buying and selling at blackmarkets optional story lines, he can either end as a fully modded human cyborg, a regular human with a super intelligent AI drone agent, or king of a flock of mind controlled birds and cheetahs.




Each one of three main story has its own theme based on end game content.

Once one of three main story is complete. A random 50% probability decides the fate of the next path using the end game weapons you have gained.

On the positive side, the player will have advantage over foes. On the negative side, it will be an upwards battle as these enemies are your tactical weakness.

All 3 story-line levels are fully completed with the story of the player's initial choosing (@ stage 1).
